It’s 2024 and there is an abundance of online workouts available at our fingertips. From fitness apps to YouTube videos and online workouts, the sheer number of them is exciting, yes, but also overwhelming. Sometimes I spend more time trying to find something than actually working out. Anyone with me?
While online exercise classes are one of the best ways to get familiar with fitness without having to a to a gym, their free trials are a cost effective way to get some great guidance. This is particularly good news right now, when bills (energy, water, gas—basically everything) have increased, and the cost of living is at an all-time high. They also tend to be a more legit resource with certified trainers, when compared to YouTube channels.
Below, you’ll find 9 of the most popular online workouts, varying from apps that offer audio or video-guided routines, to interactive chats with personal trainers, to online streaming platforms that offer live classes if you want to work out with others in real-time – all with a free trial.
Enjoy.
