Get your heart rate up anywhere, anytime, and scale up or pare back the workout reps to suit your fitness needs and goals. Remember to warm up and down with stretches to avoid injury.

Try this at home workout which will get your heart rate up.
Do these exercises for 40 seconds, on, 20 seconds rest and do them for 6 rounds through.
Star jumps
Spread your legs far apart and jump with your hands swimming up and down at the same time.
Knee tuck
Lie with your back on the ground and your legs at table position. Slowly pull your legs down into a straight leg position without moving your upper body, keeping it flat on the ground. After you have pushed your legs out, slowly send back to tabletop and repeat, while keeping your core activated.
Lunge (each leg)
Step forward, lower your back knee toward the ground, keeping your front knee aligned with your ankle, then push back to the starting position.
Hip lift
Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat, then lift your hips until your body forms a straight line from shoulders to knees. Lower slowly and repeat to build strength and stability.
