Celebrity stretchmarks? They are standard, natch. Given that around 75 to 90% of pregnant women will develop the lines – that’s according to research published in the British Journal of Dermatology – and that about 80% of the total population are estimated to have them thanks to factors like growth spurts or weight gain, the stripes are pretty much a de facto part of living life.
