Try This Super Fun 4-Minute Shadow Boxing Dance Workout

You may be used to getting your sweat on by something strength-focused like boxing, or maybe a cardio workout like dance, but what about if you combined the two for a seriously fun workout sesh? That’s what Angelina Barth had in mind when she launched The Active Sisters – a female-focused fitness platform that uses dance in a range of different workouts, empowering women to start by finding something that they can do and start there.

But why dance? Because dance workouts make you feel like you’re in the middle of a dance floor instead of, well, wherever you are.

Plus, there’s something for everyone, whether you’re looking for something more slow paced, or something seriously up-beat.

To give us a sneak peek, Angie has given us one of her favourite shadow boxing workouts! For all the busy girls out there, this one is only four minutes (so no excuses please) and while you only need a pair of weights, you can also join in absolutely equipment free!
