- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp powdered sweetener
- 3 tbsp heavy cream or coconut cream for dairy free
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp dark chocolate, chopped
Method
- Combine your ingredients in a large mug
- Microwave on high for about 90 seconds
- If the mixture needs further cooking, microwave in 10 second increments
