We totally get it. Finding time to squeeze in exercise around everything else you have going on can be a tricky juggle! But we’ve got a 15-minute Pilates workout that you can do anywhere, even if that’s next to your bed in your PJ’s!
While it might not feel like much, just 15 minutes can still make a difference both physically and mentally. Taking that little slice of time just for you can help to give your mind a break, ground or energise yourself, build and maintain strength and flexibility and so much more.
If you’re short on time, you might like to focus your workout on one area of your body, for example targeting your glutes, core or arms to really challenge the muscles. You could pick a different focus area for each day of the week to help structure your routine, maybe Monday is for arms, Tuesday is for core….
